Her initiatives included producing live podcast tapings that explored the dynamics among several communities within the diaspora through the lens of advertising, organizing panels spotlighting BIPOC and disabled creative talent, and leading the agency’s Black History Month programming.

As a Ghanaian‑American, Saa is currently pursuing a Master’s in African Studies at Oxford, where she served as Co‑Programme Coordinator for the 2025 Oxford Africa Conference. In this role, she created and moderated the inaugural Media, Arts and Culture panel, exploring the critical role of the creative sector in shaping the African continent’s future. Her research focuses on questions of authenticity in Ghanaian filmmaking, examining what makes a Ghanaian film ‘Ghanaian’ and how contemporary creators balance cultural heritage with the demands of global and local audiences.
